Located in the iconic SW1 district of London, we see NOVA VICTORIA as a shining example of modern architecture. Inspired by the vision of Landsec and leveraging the expertise of Mace Ltd, we view this project as a perfect fusion of innovation and design. With a sprawling area of approximately 2500 m2 to oversee, we at Avantgarde Tiling Limited pulled out all the stops. We delivered impeccable microtopping finishes, porcelain tiles, and natural stone applications across various apartment levels and stair cores from Level 1 to Basement -2. Our approach began with creating compact samples, allowing clients to select grain sizes and shades. This meticulous process led to the creation of larger samples (2x2m) for final approval, all of which are displayed at our facility in Basildon, Essex.
