Avantgarde Tiling Limited was honoured to be awarded a contract for a distinctive microtopping project at the iconic Triplets, The Gasholders, situated in London King’s Cross. With a contract valued at £1.2M, our proficient team adeptly applied approximately 3000 m2 of PanDOMO© K1 cement microtopping across the residential corridors of Gasholders 10, 11, and 12. The project landscape shifted after the unfortunate collapse of Carillion, leading Avantgarde Tiling Limited to collaborate directly with the esteemed client, Argent. Our agile team gracefully navigated through this transition, fulfilling not only the initial contract but also managing additional crucial works in all reception areas.
